We celebrate every shape and every size, offering you the choice between standard sizes from our carefully designed size chart or a custom fit made precisely to your measurements.

Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on all clothing within 3 days of delivery if:

The garment is unworn, unwashed and in original condition

All labels and packaging are intact

You received the wrong size or need a different size
Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
If the product fails the quality check (used condition/different item returned), the exchange will not be processed. The customer can request a reshipment of the product they sent, with shipping costs to be borne by the customer.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at houseofstri@gmail.com with your order number, a short reason for the exchange, and photos (if applicable). Once we receive your returned item and complete our inspection, we will email you with the outcome (approved or rejected).
No Returns
Since each piece is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Color or style preference

Fit issues (except for size exchange as stated above)
Damaged/Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at houseofstri@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to our customer care team at houseofstri@gmail.com or informing our team on mobile/WhatsApp no +918860301486.

No order can be cancelled, if it is shipped from our warehouse. It is only eligible for exchange, if applicable.

Any order with Customized Order products cannot be cancelled once it is further placed with the designers by our team.
Made-to-Order Commitment
Each S.tri piece is thoughtfully designed and tailored on demand. Tailored to your unique measurements with an additional ₹150 customisation fee, these pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Slight variations in stitch lines, print alignment, or finish are not considered defects but marks of individual craftsmanship. Your purchase helps support local artisans and our promise of mindful, minimal production.
