• Our standard delivery timeline is 7–14 days; however, your order may arrive earlier, depending on production and courier speed. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location in India. 

• As soon as it’s shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.

• Standard shipping across India is free. 

• Any changes to the delivery address must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Since each piece is handcrafted, slight delays may occur during peak periods — we appreciate your patience and support.

Refunds

• We only process refunds if you receive a damaged or incorrect product—not for sizing issues or change of mind

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.​

• Please note that S.tri will not refund any additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.
